
This morning the OSDE GEMAR Work Meeting corresponding to the year 2023 was held. For his part, the Minister was interested in the certification that seafarers must possess to be able to sail and the issues associated with liquidity problems. In his final words he emphasized the importance of the OSDE for MITRANS and the country in general; just as he called for increasing export services, reducing expenses, ensuring the vitality of the system and solving fuel problems. In addition, he invited the Group to establish a branch school and form a diploma course, to ensure the adequate training of the workforce.
