• Represent clients (owners/charterers/vessel command) before public and port authorities, such as the Port Authority, Customs, Harbor Master's Office and others, specifically for entry and exit clearances.
• Provide electronic processing services for cargo-related documents as well as OMI documents, in digital and paper formats.
• Management of the services requested by the ship from the preparation of the arrival until the departure takes place, such as: pilotage, tugboats and other services such as:
• Enrollment and unenrollment of crew members.
• Visa procedures for different classifications.
• Repatriations.
• Medical services and lodging.
• Supply of provisions to the ship.
• Delivery of spare parts and parts in transit, from abroad to the ship, including the importation of this same type of product.
• Provide land transportation services for crew members, superintendents and personnel associated with the ship from the port area and to different parts of the country and vice versa.
• Provide maritime transportation services for crew members, superintendents and personnel associated with the ship.
• Sale of fuel to ships.
• Delivery of cash to Captains.
