Located in the Cabañas Bay, on the north coast of the province of Artemisa. The shipyard is a state company, fundamentally oriented to ship repair; It has 50 linear meters of pier, with depths between 0.8 and 1.2 meters. It has two dry docks of 150 and 326 tons and specialized workshops in steel, machining, carpentry and surface conservation. Due to its geographical location and physical conditions, it is ideal for the construction, repair and winter storage of pleasure boats.

The Company's Management is located in the city of Santiago de Cuba. It has three units dedicated to ship repair and construction, one in the Santiago de Cuba bay itself, another in Nuevitas, Camagüey province, and the third in Manzanillo, Granma province. In Santiago it has a dry dock with a capacity of 250 tons of hoisting and five sidings; It also has two piers with a total length of 200 meters and workshops for shipbuilding, piping, machining, electricity and naval mechanics. In Nuevitas there is a dry dock with a lifting capacity of 260 tons and no docks, while in Manzanillo there is a dry dock with two sidings and a lifting capacity of 300 tons, in addition to a 55 meter long dock.

Located in the eastern part of Havana Bay, with a tradition of almost 500 years in shipbuilding and ship repair. The shipyard has facilities in good construction condition and the necessary equipment to provide a complete package of ship repair services, with the capacity to beach ships of up to 15,000 tons and is developing an increase in the capacity of a dock for ships of up to 65,000 deadweight tons. In addition, it provides repair services afloat in all Cuban ports, repair of fuel tanks and technical services to industrial works related to naval activity, and refilling and rental of oxygen and acetylene cylinders.
