Ports have not interrupted their operations as a result of the national power grid outage. In the port of Havana, work is underway at the Andrés González Lines and Haiphong terminals. Rice is being unloaded at the former until 7 pm today, with a projected load of approximately 700 tons; at the latter, the unloading of cement from a ship that transported general cargo is being completed today.

In the ports of Carúpano and Nuevitas, rice is being harvested for storage, and at the latter, it is being distributed by truck for the domestic economy. In Santiago de Cuba, a container ship with photovoltaic solar panels is being unloaded and a barge with rice is being loaded, which is scheduled to depart for Baracoa this afternoon. In Cienfuegos, a ship with rice is being unloaded, which is being distributed by truck in the province and to railroad sheds for Villa Clara. In Batabanó, a ship was unloaded and loaded with products for the Isle of Youth. The ferry Perseverancia departed from Gerona for Batabanó with 70 tons of cargo and 430 passengers, and returns to the Isle of Youth at 5:30 p.m.

At Transcargo, four containers are being unbundled for package distribution, and pilotage and tugboat services remain active in Mariel Bay for port operations.
