Change of command at the Port Services Center Company.

The change of leadership at the Central Port Services Company, carried out at the José Martí Cultural Society in Cienfuegos, marked the replacement of César Rosell León—who led the organization for four years and will now assume new roles within the Port Maritime Transport Business Group (GEMAR)—by José Ramón Díaz Torres, a mechanical engineer with a Master's degree in Science, with previous work experience at the local port, as Director of Port Administration in Cienfuegos, and in the provincial government as Coordinator of Programs and Objectives.
The event, attended by representatives from GEMAR, the Party, the Union, and the Board of Directors, highlighted the recognition of Rosell León's work and support for the new director, while the labor collective reaffirmed its commitment to the company's guidelines. This move reflects the usual dynamic of staff renewal in the Cuban state-owned enterprise system, where technical training, the definition of clear objectives, and collective unity are key elements for the recovery of one of the most important companies in the central region.
