An Expanded Board Meeting of the OSDE GEMAR was held, where the topic of road accidents and the measures to be implemented to reduce them were discussed. The meeting was chaired by Teresa Albentosa Rodríguez, Head of the Permanent Working Group of the National Road Safety Commission; Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Creach González, First Road Safety Education Specialist; Roberto Ricardo Marrero, General Director; the OSDE Board of Directors; company directors; and the Professional Drivers from our Central Office.
As part of the meeting, the president was informed that the OSDE had no incidents of road accidents in 2024, a fact corroborated by all the company directors present.
In her remarks, Teresa Albentosa shared a series of experiences, valid for both Professional Drivers and anyone who drives any type of vehicle. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Creach emphasized the importance of preventing road accidents, as this situation is considered the leading cause of death in our country.
Finally, the commitment of all those present to maintain the goal of zero accidents at the OSDE GEMAR during the current year was reaffirmed.
