Moraima Álvarez Estrada: 42 years of passion and professionalism in the maritime sector.

"I love my job and I feel completely fulfilled", this is how Moraima Álvarez Estrada began sharing her story. A 1980 Accounting and Finance graduate, she began her career at Banco Popular de Ahorro, where she laid the foundation for a brilliant career.

After two years, she made the leap to Consignataria Mambisa, where she grew professionally for 12 years, until 1995, when she joined AGEMPORT Employment Agency, her current home. This has been a fruitful opportunity, she tells us, highlighting her constant updating of regulations and procedures thanks to courses from the PREGER School of Transportation.

When asked about her future plans, she wisely replies: "In five years, I'll be retired, but I'm always ready to contribute my experience when needed."

42 years of dedication to the finances of the maritime world are not in vain. Her legacy is invaluable. Knowledge and dedication like Moraima's will always be a treasure!
