This morning, the analysis of the assessment report on indiscipline, illegalities, crimes and manifestations of corruption during the second half of 20024 took place.

Within the framework of the High Fiscalization that occurs in the Ministry of Transport, the General Director of OSDE GEMAR Roberto Ricardo Marrero presides, together with the Head of the Special Investigations team of the Comptroller General of the Republic, Lucas Javier Oliva Goyanes and the Director of Audit of the Ministry of Transport, Enrique Julián Rionda Sánchez; the analysis of the assessment report of the indiscipline, illegalities, crimes and manifestations of corruption during the second half of 2024.

It is pointed out as fundamental for the occurrence of these events, the violation of the security system and it is considered that speed must be requested when analyzing the criminal acts, their final solution and imputing the decision in case of disagreement. The main causes and conditions of these events were also evidenced, as well as the system of application of the disciplinary regime.

As an exercise, the main projections for preventing the occurrence of criminal acts, indiscipline, illegalities and acts of corruption were explained, as well as the systematic nature of the attention to the population that reports such acts, with their main avenues of knowledge and categories in which the different complaints made are found.
