Eduardo Rodríguez Dávila expressed the opening words at the opening of the 4th Edition of the Diploma in Comprehensive Transportation Management. The OSDE GEMAR is inserted with a small number of colleagues from different companies that make it up. This training will help graduates acquire a holistic vision based on the masterful lectures given by the excellent Preger faculty and the interaction with different coursemates who come from other areas of transportation.
