His personal characteristics, owner of a warm, natural, friendly personality, serious when necessary and cheerful when necessary, with an unparalleled will, together with accumulated wisdom, make him a leader who draws the masses, a driving force that manages to unite human forces until achieving the fulfillment of any task, objectives and plans.
