Working Meeting of the OSDE GEMAR Management Area held.

With the solemnity that our National Anthem grants to any event, the Working Meeting related to the area of ​​​​Cadres of the OSDE GEMAR corresponding to the year 2024 began. It was chaired by the Director of Cadres of the Ministry of Transport, General Director of the OSDE and the Deputy Director.

In this context, the issues related to the growth of cadre staff and vacant positions were analyzed; the decrease in OSDE GEMAR workers since 2021; the role of women in the area in question; work with young people; the level of preparation; the stability of the reserve of cadres as well as in the positions filled without mediate and immediate reservations and the situation of the decisive positions that do not have reservations through and immediate in the companies.

On the other hand, the Director of the Cadre Area explained that the preparation of these potential workers located in management spaces is planned; as is the evaluation of the same. Although work with young people has decreased in a centralized manner, companies carry out activities with them and as for the Code of Ethics, it was noted that all the GEMAR System's cadres comply with it.

In an exchange between the General Director, Roberto Ricardo Marrero, and the executives present at the meeting, he stated that this meeting must produce cadres and highlighted the capacity of workers who have taken on the task of leading in the absence of a cadre.
