Caribbean Shipyards Company (ASTICAR)

• Offer construction, repair and maintenance services to the naval industry (sailing services, welding, mechanical-machining, carpentry, minor GRP repairs, electricity, motor winding and maintenance in general; hydraulic installations, surface conservation), to foreign natural persons, foreign legal entities and mixed, abroad through the entity authorized by the Ministry of Transportation.

• Build, repair, assemble, reconvert and sell metal structures wholesale in the shipbuilding industry and the national shipbuilding industry (stacking services, welding, mechanical-machining, carpentry, minor GRP repairs, electricity, motor winding and maintenance in general; hydraulic installations, conservation of surfaces), including tanks and bridges.

• Wholesale of repaired electric motors that were not picked up by the customer within the term agreed in the contract.

• Services of construction, repair and maintenance of electrical panels, for the naval industry and the national industry.

• Inspection, repair, provisioning and certification services for life rafts, as well as supply of fireworks.

• Wholesale repaired life rafts that were not collected by the customer within the term agreed in the contract.

• Non-destructive testing services, welding inspections, welder training for approval by the Cuban Ship Registry and technical measurements (dimensional metrology services).

• Wholesale oxygen.

• Wholesale of raw materials generated in production processes and that are not reusable, to the Companies of the Union of Raw Materials Companies and those that are reusable in production for the internal economy.

• Offer advisory and diagnostic services in naval techniques.
