We are a team of professionals specialized in issues related to the transport sector in general, with emphasis on the maritime and aeronautical branch, aimed at guaranteeing legal and economic advice to the business system of the Ministry of Transport, committed to the highest quality standards, that seeks to satisfy the needs, expectations and requirements of our customers, as a way to maintain their loyalty and preference for our services.
To become the legal consultancy with the highest incidence in the process of reordering the transport system in Cuba, especially in the revitalization of maritime port activity, achieving national and international recognition for its participation and results in these purposes.
1. We provide legal and economic advisory services on issues related to the transportation sector in general, with emphasis on the maritime and aeronautical branch, aimed at the business system of the Ministry of Transportation and foreign natural or legal persons, whether or not located in the national territory, consisting of:
• Advice through the issuance of legal assessments on matters of any kind, related to the transport activity, including those that could continue in a claim, arbitration, judicial or other type of process,
• Assistance through the assumption of legal representation before the Central State Administration Bodies, Courts, Prosecutor's Office, arbitration bodies or courts and institutions and authorities of any kind, involved in matters submitted to the Consultancy's consideration;
• Advice on corporate law, foreign investment and external schemes and completion of the procedures required for the constitution of mixed companies, international economic association contracts, establishment of totally foreign capital companies in Cuba, commercial companies with 100% Cuban capital, Branches, Agents and companies abroad, as well as any other form of association provided for in national legislation.
• Services required by the Protection and Indemnity Clubs (P & I), as well as others related to Insurance, Agents and any other derived from foreign trade operations and international maritime transportation;
• Secretariat functions, procedures for legalization and protocolization of documents, associated with the services provided and translation services for the performance of their activity.
2. Provide services in the field of transportation in general, consisting of conducting legal feasibility studies, as well as financial, accounting, and internal control advice.
3. Provide legal advice and/or assistance to natural persons categorized as "seafarers", or their families, in disputes arising from labor relations with foreign shipowners, duly authorized under current legislation, before national or international courts, arbitration courts and institutions and authorities of any kind, involved in these matters.
