• The construction, assembly, repair and maintenance of vessels in general and other naval artifacts, as well as providing maintenance and repair services for their different parts and subsystems. • Technical services for civil and industrial works related to your activity. • Market merchandise and accessories, both produced and purchased, linked to repair services. • Offer labor supply services depending on the employer, as well as supplementary services that guarantee the operation of the corresponding joint ventures.
By Resolution 20/14 of the Director of the Company, dated March 28, 2014, the secondary and support activities for the Corporate Purpose were approved:
Secondary activities:
• Provide technical services for ultrasonic calibration, diving, supervision of works, preparation of plans and technical documentation according to the requirements of the classification society. • Provide rental services for technological equipment typical of the activity, labor supply. • Build, repair, assemble, reconvert and sell structures wholesale. • Provide mechanical, electrical, sheet metal and painting services. Support activities: • Provide boat towing services to and from its storage and transportation facilities. • Wholesale supplies, raw materials and materials to avoid the stoppage of production and services. • Wholesale recyclable ferrous and non-ferrous waste generated from the production process and service provision that cannot be reused within the entity itself or in the system to which it belongs. • Wholesale of raw materials generated from the production process and that are not reusable to the company of the Union of Companies for the recovery of raw materials and those that are reusable in production to the internal economy. • Wholesale of idle and slow-moving products. • Provide labor supply services for the repair and maintenance of minor belongings and household appliances to its workers. Provide transportation services for personnel, accommodation, dining room and cafeteria.
