Constitution of a Joint Company to offer services to cruise ships and merchant ships.

Provide solid waste collection services, water and fuel supply, having the following objectives:

a) Collection and incineration of solid waste generated by vessels in the ports of Havana, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba. Diversification and expansion of services to new export markets.

b) Access to new vessels and advanced equipment, with a view to increasing the capacity, efficiency and quality of operations.

c) Develop the chain with other production of goods and services of the national economy.

Expected results:

1. Maximize the export of services by offering solid waste collection services, the sale of water and fuel to cruise ships and merchant ships.

2. Promote the timely assurance of the services described above in quantity and quality to cruise and merchant ships in the ports of Havana, Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba.

3. Increase and modernize the fleet of vessels designed to offer solid waste collection and water and fuel supply services.

4. Acquire know-how related to the planning, assurance and sustainability of the services to be offered by the joint venture.
