A recurring theme in any conversation in Cuba must be food and its sustainability in the current times we live in. The Manuel Porto Dapena Company -located on the Isle of Youth- shows us these excellent specimens that support the Food Sovereignty Law and the food autonomy project of a company.

Those who work the land exalt their soul by doing so and test their capacity for resilience in the face of the variety of tasks that a crop may need to grow and achieve total splendor; Although ensuring food is put on the table at any time is a fundamental task - even more so in these post-pandemic times - really putting food on the table must provide the satisfaction of a duty fulfilled for these men and women who occupy part of their time in a task as hard as working the land.

These images serve as an example to follow, as they show everything that can be obtained by tilling the land.
